This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on YoutubeTS subscriptions and credit purchases. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
- Within 7 Days: Full refund available if you haven't used more than 10% of your monthly credits
- After 7 Days: No refund, but you can cancel to prevent future charges
- Partial Month: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months
Annual Subscriptions
- Within 14 Days: Full refund available if you haven't used more than 10% of your credits
- After 14 Days: Prorated refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- After 30 Days: No refund, subscription will continue until the end of the billing period
Credit Pack Refunds
One-Time Credit Purchases
- Unused Credits: Full refund within 14 days if no credits have been used
- Partially Used: Prorated refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase
- After 14 Days: No refunds on credit pack purchases
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Credits have been fully used
- Account has been suspended or banned for Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected
- Refund requested after the applicable refund period
- Technical issues on your end (internet connection, browser compatibility)
- Dissatisfaction with YouTube's content availability (transcripts depend on YouTube)
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us through our Contact page with your request
- Include your account email and order/transaction ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow 3-5 business days for us to review your request
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank Processing: Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- You may be permanently banned from our services
- We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to your Dashboard → Subscription settings
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No automatic refund is issued upon cancellation
Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside of this policy in exceptional circumstances:
- Extended service outages caused by us
- Billing errors on our part
- Other situations at our sole discretion
